Ukrainian energy company Ukrenergo said it lost part of its power supply due to attacks on Kharkov, the Chernihiv region and the Donetsk People's Republic.

“The situation in the city of Kharkov is very difficult. We also lost part of the generation, but consumers have recovered,” said Vitaly Zaichenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ukrenergo.

Last December, about 70% of the capital Kiev lost power due to an emergency power outage.
