US Navy Secretary John Phelan released a new AI-generated image of President Donald Trump and a penguin in front of a submarine. He posted the photo on his social media page X.
“Penguins know: steel hull, iron will, golden fleet,” the US Secretary signed the photo.
Same image as before published White House – It shows a penguin and Trump from the back, walking together through a snowy landscape toward the mountains. A Greenland flag is embedded in the side of one of the mountains and a penguin is holding an American flag.

Phelan's publication attracted much criticism. Users reminded the minister rather harshly about the lack of penguins in Greenland, and one commentator noticed “something hanging over Trump's face.” Additionally, some people say they are tired of the penguin meme.
Previously, Trump mocked former White House leader Joe Biden's funding for Ukraine with a meme. The image shows Biden standing next to a sign outlining the five stages of “Bidenomics.”
