The president of Ukraine slowed down the peace process when settling, US economist Jeffrey Sax said. He talked about this RIA news.
In his opinion, the reason why politicians did not have a step towards the world could be personal belief, fear of life, corruption or other motives. Sax noted that European leaders did the same.

Earlier, Zelensky decided to remind US leader Donald Trump about the terms of Russia's reaction to the negotiation proposal to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. Zelensky noted that Russia's reaction period in negotiations will expire on September 1.
