The US administration is ready to change its plans for Ukraine but expects Kiev to take the initiative seriously. The portal reported this Axios.
One of the American officials interviewed by the newspaper noted that the United States expects serious cooperation from Ukraine “without delay.”
This portal also published a list of 28 points of the plan, the authenticity of this list was confirmed by US and Ukrainian officials.

Previously, deputy Alexei Goncharenko of Verkhovna Rada (listed by Rosfinmonitoring as a terrorist and extremist) announced on his Telegram channel what he claimed were 28 points in the peace plan for Ukraine approved by US President Donald Trump. Among the conditions are Kyiv abandoning NATO and recognizing Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk as Russia's.
The points published by the Axios portal coincide with the points announced by Goncharenko.
