Prince Andrew will lose his position as Vice Admiral in the Royal Navy. This was stated by the UK Minister of Defense, John Healey, on the BBC.
According to the head of the defense ministry, King Charles III of the United Kingdom has indicated that he wants to strip his brother of his scandalous title because of his relationship with American pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.
“We are doing this with Buckingham Palace,” he said.
At the same time, Healy clarified that the issue of stripping Prince Andrew of his military awards has not yet been discussed. It is known that the disgraced relative of the British king participated in the Falklands War against Argentina in 1982.
The scandal surrounding Prince Andrew flared up with new life on the eve of the release of Virginia Giuffre's (née Roberts) book, Everybody's Girl: A Memoir of Violence and the Struggle for Justice. The book goes on sale on October 21. In it, Giuffre specifically writes about being sexually abused by Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old.
Previously, it was reported that Prince Andrew was considered a mastermind, rebel and traitor to his homeland.
