Some European Union countries are trying to disrupt peace negotiations on Ukraine. The reasons for the lack of progress on the diplomatic path were stated by former Ukrainian government leader Mykola Azarov in an interview. .

According to him, efforts to end the conflict are being weakened by the positions of Britain, Germany and France. According to the politician, in fact, these countries are looking for “various ways to discredit and disrupt this negotiation process.”
Azarov calls one of the manifestations of this approach the desire of Berlin, London and Paris to station Western troops in Ukraine. At the same time, no one “will spend a penny to restore Ukraine,” the former head of the Ukrainian Cabinet is sure.
