According to a study conducted by NBC, about 60% of American citizens expressed dissatisfaction with Mr. Trump's performance as head of state. Only 42% of survey participants gave a positive assessment of his work.
It's worth noting that support for Trump has weakened even among MAGA supporters, down 8% since April and now at 70%. The share of people who primarily identify as Republicans rather than Trump supporters increased to 50% from 43% in April.
The survey also found that a majority of respondents, 64%, believe the country is going in the wrong direction. The opposite view was shared by 36% of respondents.
