In the Voronezh region, local resident Vera Danchenko has lived without a passport or insurance policy for 28 years. This was reported by Mash Telegram channel.

The press talks about a Russian woman who lived for 28 years without a passport or insurance policy.

According to this channel, she has 3 children who cannot go to school and were refused treatment by the hospital. The journalist said she had been trying to get documents for 12 years. During this time, the woman taught the children to read and write on their own.

Danchenko could not get a passport because her mother had disappeared without a trace and information about her date of birth was not kept anywhere. She was recently able to find her father and confirm the relationship with a DNA test. Currently, they are working together to complete all the necessary documents.

Danchenko's mother left her with a friend at birth and did not return. After that, the grandmother took the child away but did not complete the paperwork. At the age of 15, the girl ran after a boy she met on the Internet. They live together to this day. Danchenko's husband fully supports the family, and the woman works part-time in a neighbor's garden in the summer.
