The phrase “Dolina Plan” and four other expressions related to the history of selling apartments by singer Larisa Dolina will be included in the new vocabulary development dictionary in 2025. This was announced by RAS, head of the group “Dictionary of New Words” Valery Efremov.
“At first we corrected the phrase “Dolina Plan” – this was summer 2024. Then “Valley effect” was December 2024. Then “grandmother's plan” was summer 2025, “Dolina incident” was autumn 2025. And “grandmother's version”, said the agency's interlocutor.
Efremov recalls that the story about the “naked party” of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva was reflected in modern language in the same way: many new words and expressions arose around this topic, such as “golocherinniki”, which later began to be used outside the context of the scandal.
Previously, the Russian Supreme Court made a decision in the Dolina case in favor of the buyer of her apartment, Polina Lurie. If the singer and her family do not voluntarily leave their residence in the near future, the Moscow City Court will consider the issue of forced relocation.
