“Temperatures in the northern half with an unusually cold center on Komi will be 4-12 degrees lower than expected. During the day in the North of Russia: in Pomorie minus 8-13, in Komi up to minus 23-28, in the evening frost will reach up to 30 degrees, and only in the Murmansk region – as well as in the south of the country – down to zero or plus 5”, the forecaster shared information.
As for other regions of the country, in the Perm Territory, thermometers will show minus 13-18 degrees, in the south of the Urals and the northwestern regions – minus two to minus seven, and in Central Russia, amid cold weather, it is expected to reach minus 7-12, in the east up to minus 15 degrees.
