The Russian Ministry of Education has developed new educational standards for grades 10-11. RIA Novosti writes about this with reference to the literature.
According to the new standards, from September 1, 2027, high school students will have to study at least 13 subjects at school. In addition, students will be taught two academic subjects at an advanced level.
The Ministry of Education acknowledges that the teaching of indigenous languages and the study of indigenous literature can be applied in the regions. Educational institutions will be able to proactively establish specialized classes (physics and mathematics, literature and history, health and other subjects).
Previously it was reported that the curriculum in Russia will not change due to the new university system.
