Governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov reported on the introduction of restrictions on mobile communications on the peninsula by decision of the federal center for security purposes.
Solodov noted that this decision was made at the federal level and is related to the need to protect important facilities of the Ministry of Defense. He emphasized the strategic importance of Kamchatka and the need to prepare for all challenges in modern conditions.
The governor also added that the threat of drone attacks on military installations and infrastructure does not only concern the country's western borders. In short, he made it clear that restrictions will be lifted as soon as the strategic and tactical situation allows.
Previously, in the Belgorod region, an oil warehouse caught fire due to a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
