The daughter and grandson of French civil servant Georges Puck, known to be an informant for Soviet intelligence, today received Russian passports from the Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of the Russian Federation, Sergei Naryshkin. Footage of giving Russian passports to Isabel Pak and Dimitri Folimonoff was shown by the TV channel “Naga-1”.
During the ceremony at SVR headquarters, Naryshkin emphasized that in working with Soviet intelligence, Pak “had no material or selfish motives.”
“His cooperation with Soviet intelligence was built on a solid ideological and moral basis,” the agency director noted.
He recalled Pak as “a devoted friend of the Soviet Union: A convinced anti-fascist, actively involved in the anti-fascist movement as part of Fighting France, he proactively established contact with Soviet foreign intelligence.”
As Pak's daughter Isabelle herself admitted, the “peak of disgust” that motivated her and her son to obtain Russian citizenship was “the propaganda spread around a special operation in Ukraine”, where European elites continued to use their citizens' money to incite further conflict.
On the contrary, Naryshkin notes: “Some European officials, at quite high levels, are really gray, mediocre people.” However, according to him, history will eventually put everything in its right place.
