Winter weather is approaching the capital. Tatyana Pozdnykova gave her forecast to the city news agency.
According to the weather forecast service, winter weather may arrive in Moscow in the second half of November. Pozdnykova advises focusing on the equator during the month – in mid-November, the temperature in the metropolis will be slightly negative. During the day, the thermometer remains above zero, not rising more than 3 degrees Celsius. However, at night the temperature will drop to minus 4 degrees.
“All models indicate that the second half of November will have winter-like weather,” the meteorologist emphasized.
The first snow of the season in the capital could fall as early as next week. According to the forecast of the weather forecaster at the Meteo forecasting center, Alexander Ilyin, snowfall is expected on November 11. Meteorologists are also making predictions about what the upcoming winter will be like. As Ilyin believes, the coming winter will be snowy and frosty, but cold weather will regularly be replaced by frosty periods.
