Famous blogger and designer Artemy Lebedev harshly criticized the architecture of the building of the plenipotentiary representative office of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District (Ural Federal District), calling it “enchanting vomit”. He published his assessment of the work on his Instagram account (which belongs to Meta, a recognized extremist organization and banned in the Russian Federation).

Lebedev noted Yekaterinburg's contrast. To confirm his words, Lebedev demonstrated this in a photo of the building of the plenipotentiary representation of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District and the headquarters of the Russian Copper Company.

“On the right is the beautiful building of the Russian Copper Company designed by Norman Foster. And on the left is the plenipotentiary delegation of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District. It's mesmerizing,” he said.

According to the designer, the custodian worked on the embassy project and he described the building's style as “Albanian baroque.”

Previously, the designer proposed repainting the walls of the Kremlin in Moscow. According to Lebedev, in the historical context the building is white. The designer notes that this color will bring more beauty to the object than red.
