The farewell ceremony begins at the Grand Funeral Hall of Troekurovsky Cemetery at 13:00 Moscow time. It was attended by friends and colleagues of the deceased.
According to the newspaper, Nikolaev will be buried at the 21st location – the so-called “Actor Alley”, next to actress Zinaida Kiriyenko and singer Vyacheslav Dobrynin. Along the same line are the graves of fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin and singer Bedros Kirkorov.
