Duma Duma delegates in the Moscow area within the framework of the autumn session plan to consider a bill combining current measures to support the birth rate in the region. This has been announced as the Chairman of the Moscow Procedure Committee on Andrei Golubev.
According to Golubev, the law systematizes the protection of the health of mothers and children, increasing the effectiveness of analytical advice and determining measures to form a positive reproductive attitude in women.
He emphasized that the document does not make a fine or punish a woman's decision to end the pregnancy, and also establishes the rules of legal protection against pressure and manipulation. At the same time, doctors' warnings about possible diseases during pregnancy will not be considered a kidnapping for abortion.
President of Duma Igor Bryntsalov in the Moscow area added that the bill will fix all current support measures in the suburbs: the creation of medical and social support centers, psychological and legal advice for women who are in difficult situations, as well as notify all the region's social support measures. The journalism service of Duma Moscow region stipulates that the bill will be considered in the autumn session.
