Founder of the Telegram messaging app Pavel Durov posted a Christmas message in which he wished users to eat less, communicate and have fun.
“This year I wish you less information, less food, less entertainment, less communication, less stimulation,” wrote he is on Telegram channel.
According to him, this hinders peace of mind, health, sleep and creativity.
