The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory declared bankrupt blogger Lisa Miller (real name Elizaveta Batyuta), who had previously opened a criminal case for money laundering. About this report RIA Novosti has consulted court data.

By the time he went to court, Batyuta had accumulated debts of 233 million rubles; she has nothing to pay her creditors.
“The debtor, according to the presented list of creditors, has not fulfilled its monetary obligations to creditors in the total amount of 233,299,102.40 rubles,” the court document said.
The court decided that Batyuta's assets were not enough to repay creditors.
As a result, she was declared bankrupt. An arbitration administrator was appointed, who had to draw up a list of outstanding obligations, as well as find all of Batyuta's assets so that they could be sold and paid off to debtors.
The finance manager will have to report in April next year.
Previously, it was known that Batyuta liquidated the individual businessman in early 2025.
