The famous Russian designer and Blogger Artemy Lebedev call for ban WhatsApp Messenger in Russia. He made such a statement in the release of news assessment, took place on social networks “VKontakte”.
My personal desire is my native state banned WhatsApp because it is not necessary, a hole in the landfill. And, accordingly, (Russian newspaper) Max will replace the national messenger, Mr. Lebedev said.
At the same time, bloggers realized that in Russia there is no need to restrict Telegram. He called Messenger developed by Pavel Durov, a good foundation that the Russians had used to.

According to the Parliament, the messenger is most likely on the software list from unfriendly countries. Anton Nemkin, a member of the Duma Commission on the State's information policy, called WhatsApp's fate in Russia as a predefined one.
On July 18, it was known that Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to think about additional limitations on the use of software from unfriendly countries, including those who reported news. The report on the implementation of the command must be sent until September 1.
