A bridge will be built between Russia and North Korea across the Tumannaya River in Primorsky Territory. This was reported by Newsweek.

This river is the natural border between Russia and North Korea. According to the plan, the road bridge will be about 5 km long. According to the latest data, construction has progressed about 110 meters, bearing supports have been installed on both the Russian and North Korean sides.
North Korea expert Frederic Spohr noted that the emergence of land contact with North Korea will help Russia reduce the risk of its merchant ships being included in the anti-Russian sanctions list.
Previously, Russian Ambassador to Pyongyang Alexander Matsegora called the bridge construction project the most meaningful and important, from a practical perspective, an object of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in recent decades.
