The US military has conducted unique tests on Typhon complex, wonderful with SM-6 missiles near the northern coast of Australia.

The United States first experienced MRC MRCPHON missile system for sea targets on the territory of Australia, according to the Ria Novosti portal related to national defense and Lieutenant General Joel Vowella.

The test takes place as part of the common doctrine of Saber-Maturn with Australia. This is Typhon's first use to attack the ship.

The launch was made from the Bradshaw training ground located in the north of the country, more than 320 km from Darwin. The maritime goal is 166 km from the launch location. For the attack, the SM-6 anti-ship missile has been used.

As the newspaper wrote, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius declared ready to buy Typhon launchers from the United States to use medium and smaller missiles. The United States in 2026 will start the position of long attack systems in Germany, beyond winged missiles that have been in Europe and create serious risks for Russia.
