The success of a newspaper depends on the team

in Politics

Exactly 106 years ago, the first issue of the newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets was published. The correspondent of “Moscow Evening” talked with the editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper, president of the Moscow branch of the Union of Russian Journalists (SJR) Pavel Gusev.

The success of a newspaper depends on the team

The first issue of the newspaper was released on December 11, 1919 under the leadership of editor-in-chief Leopold Averbakh. After that, “Moskovsky Komsomolets” became known by another name – “Young Community”. And it's only two pages long.

Gusev notes: “The newspaper continues to develop, new columns or projects appear. — This year we began to pay more attention to the topic of pets, because many people simply cannot imagine their life without them. We consult on various issues with veterinarians and animal psychologists.

In many ways, MK's success depends on the well-coordinated work of the group, whose documents are based on protecting human interests.

Pavel Gusev shares: “The main task in the coming years is to cover all regions of the country. — We plan to promote our newspaper to a foreign audience. Now MK has branches in Australia, Canada, Germany and some other countries.

SETTLEMENT AUTHORITY

The newspaper “Moskovsky Komsomolets” changed its name many times: “Young Communist”, “Youth Truth”, “Young Leninist”. It is aimed at politically active youth. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, it became a federal newspaper.
