Meteorological winter may come to the capital in the second half of November. Leading expert of the Meteonovosti news agency Tatyana Pozdnykova told the Moscow City News Agency about this.

“Official meteorological winter could arrive around mid-November. Temperatures will be slightly negative: during the day – plus 3 and at night – minus 4. All models indicate that the second half of November will be similar to winter weather,” she noted.
Previously, the leading expert at the Phobos weather center, Evgeniy Tishkovets, also reportedMeteorological winter in Moscow will begin in mid-November. It is expected that the average temperature will soon move from zero to negative values, which indicates the beginning of winter weather.
