On the telegram channel, the meteorologist noted that the last days of autumn have come to Moscow.
“Meteorological autumn in Moscow will continue for about 12 more days, and meteorological winter will begin in mid-November, that is, the average daily air temperature will exceed zero towards negative values!” – Tishkovets wrote.
According to him, the rains will be replaced by sleet and snow, frost will begin and icy conditions will appear on the roads. Car drivers have 2 weeks to “change shoes to winter tires”.
“In the second half of this month, the atmosphere will enter the coldest climate season of the next year,” the forecaster concluded.
