In the second quarter of this year, the city provided developers to implement 13 major investment projects (MAIP). Thanks to this, about 500 thousand square meters of real estate will appear in the capital.
This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on urban planning and construction, Vladimir Efimov.
– In the second quarter of 2025, 13 agreements for rent to make Maip have ended with investors. They allocate more than 30 hectares of land. Therefore, social facilities, social, business and industrial complexes with a total area of about 500 thousand square meters will appear in the capital.
The implementation of these large investment projects is aimed at developing urban infrastructure and improving the quality of life of Muscovites. Thanks to this, new opportunities will be created to work, relax and receive various services, Vladimir Efimov said.
Since 2016, the city provides land investors to implement large investment projects. Therefore, in the second quarter of 2025, the capital was allocated by a hectare of land to build a business to produce electronic equipment in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky area.
– At the order of Moscow Mayor, the city supports the development of large investment projects in order to form modern industrial infrastructure. In Kosino-Ukhtomsky district, they made a high-tech production complex with an area of 20 thousand square meters. The company will specialize in manufacturing electronic equipment. Therefore, 150 new jobs will appear, Mr. Maxim Lieddov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow in transport and industry.
The city also allocates 2.5 hectares to build a multifunctional complex in the Khoroshevo-Mneevniki area. Here, an object will be erected with a total area of more than 20 thousand square meters. In addition to office facilities, it can set public eating spots, shops, exhibition space and other commercial objects.
To implement Maip, investors need to provide a project that will contribute to the development of the territory of the Capital, create jobs and attract investment in the Moscow economy.
