In Moscow, drivers should change summer tires to winter tires next week.
Interfax writes about this in consultation with Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center.
“Next week, especially the second half of the year, is exactly the time when it is absolutely possible to change tires. The temperature during the day is already about 5 degrees, and this can be completely recommended,” Vilfand said.
So next Thursday in Moscow there will be less rain, but the pressure will increase.
According to meteorologists, the capital region has entered the pre-winter period, amid notable cold spells that begin at night.
At the same time, weather forecaster at the Meteo forecast center Alexander Ilyin promised the residents of the Moscow region the continuation of golden autumn “with red and yellow leaves” for at least another month.
