The order to sell cultural artifacts has been signed by the Prime Minister and the sale will take place in the form of a public auction at market price.

The Russian government agreed to the proposal of the Ministry of Finance to sell the Rizhsky station building .
The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The document notes that the sale will take place through an open auction and the reserve price will be determined at market value based on an independent appraiser's report.
The Rizhsky Station Building has the status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance.
The document emphasized that this decision was agreed upon with the Ministry of Transport and Russian Railways Joint Stock Company. All procedures must be carried out in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Russian law.
