Sheremetyevo Airport is temporarily closed for arriving aircraft until 08:00 due to unfavorable weather conditions. This was reported by the airport's press service.

Earlier, press secretary of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako said that temporary restrictions on the reception and departure of aircraft were introduced at Domodedovo and Zhukovsky (Ramenskoye) airports. Previously, the Baza Telegram channel wrote that Sheremetyevo had encountered large-scale problems in the operation of the baggage claim system on international flights.
It is known that at Terminal C, thousands of passengers had to wait for 5 to 6 hours to get their suitcases. In total there were about three thousand people in the delivery area. Furthermore, passengers were not given official information about the reason for the delay. After that, Sheremetyevo airport decided to deliver luggage to passengers at home.
