Restrictions on the use of airspace have been lifted at Sheremetyevo Airport. This was announced by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako on the telegram channel.

Restrictions on the use of airspace have been lifted at Sheremetyevo Airport

Currently, the airport has resumed its normal operations of picking up and returning aircraft.

Similar limitations also has been introduced at Domodedovo, Zhukovsky and Vnukovo airports. In the first two parts they lengthen about 2.5 hours, and in the third part – about 40 minutes.

Adjust operations of airport terminals announced in connection with the major attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the capital region on January 1. To date, air defense forces have intercepted and destroyed 30 drones, including 9 shoot down at night, and rest 21 – in the evening.
