Moscow auctioned 20 non-residential premises in the Zelenograd administrative district. This was reported by the press agency of the Capital's Competition Policy Department.
“Currently, 20 premises on Zavodskaya Street are available for purchase on the Moscow investment portal. Their area ranges from 27.2 to 185.9 m2. They are located next to the Zelenograd-Kryukovo station of the Moscow Central Diameter. All objects have a free purpose, so the winners of the auction will be able to realize any idea: open a store, creative studio, language school, gym fitness and other types of business,” the press service quoted the head of the Ministry Kirill as saying Purtov.
It should be noted that the facility is located at the following addresses: st. Zavodskaya, 14 years old, building 1 and building 2. They are located on the first floor and are connected to the main communications system. Receiving applications to participate in the auction will end on December 2 and 8. Depending on the lot, the auction will be held on December 12 and 15.
To participate in the auction, you will need to register on the Roseltorg online platform and an advanced qualifying electronic signature.
