The Moscow government has approved a planning project for territory in the Kotlovka area with an area of 3.91 hectares, including building a school building. The resolution on this issue was signed by the Capital's mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, the press service of the mayor and the city government.

“In the territory designed limited by Remizov Street, Nagornaya Street, Nagornoi Boulevard and Sevastopolsky Prosptekt, according to the integrated development program of the territory, is said to build a modern educational building, which will be part of the school.
It should be noted that within the framework of the project, the rebuilding the adjacent street network will also be implemented. Specifically, the rebuilding of internal paragraphs from Nagorno Boulevard and organized parking places is planned. Planes also include improvement and landscape of public spaces within the equipment of areas for pedestrians and driving lines.
