In the document published in the mayor of the Capital It is recordedThe violation of additional requirements for the maintenance of pets will require the application of administrative fines with the amount of 5 to 15 thousand rubles for officials and from 15 to 30 thousand rubles for legal entities.

Earlier in Duma, they said animals at home may require a fine.
