During his years of public activity, the artist was married three times and became the father of five children. However, not all of his heirs were born into a legal marriage. Rambler will tell the story of a son whose existence Oskar Kuchera did not know existed for several years and of his marriage.
Kuchera himself has admitted more than once that in his youth he did not consider himself attractive at all. He talked about his inferiority complex and lack of confidence because of his unusual appearance. At the same time, even then he understood: internal charisma and energy work stronger than external data. They brought him attention – first among students, then in the theater and on television.
First marriage
At the age of 22, Kuchera married classmate Yulia Liseyeva. It was a classic student union – fleeting and emotional. Oscar worked a lot, constantly disappeared on set and this affected the atmosphere in the family. In addition, living together turned out to be much more difficult than the young lovers imagined. Within six months, the couple divorced. The artist himself later said that he understood: his marriage with Julia broke up because he gave up his freedom too early and was not ready for family responsibilities.
Second marriage and mistress
Almost immediately after the divorce, Maya Markova, a model and psychology student, appeared in his life. They initially had different values: Maya dreamed of a family, while Kuchera wanted an easy relationship, not exhausted by life and everyday obligations. However, he proposed to his chosen one and the couple got married. However, the marriage was not successful. This relationship exhausted both: constant breakups, reconciliations, jealousy and, of course, betrayal. The TV presenter was tired of the eternal roller coaster and admitted to his wife that he was unfaithful to her.

In his second marriage, Oscar had his first son, Alexander. It would seem that the child should have become a point of reconciliation, but this did not happen. Anyway, the couple soon broke up. And almost immediately after the divorce, a woman named Yulia reappeared in Kuchera's life. It later turned out that she was his mistress when Oscar was with Maya. The girl said that two years ago she gave birth to a son and deliberately kept it a secret because she did not want to destroy his family. Coincidentally, she also named the boy Sasha.
At first, the artist did not believe it and thought that this was an attempt to extort a decent amount of money from him. However, when he saw his son, he was convinced of the relationship – the heir was very similar to his father. Little Sasha immediately went to her father and Kuchera's heart melted.
Third marriage
Paradoxically, it was the relationship with Julia that remained in the dark for a long time that turned out to be the strongest in Oscar's life. In 2007, the couple officially legalized their relationship. The family had three more children – Daniel and Mark, as well as a daughter, Alicia. Kuchera has said more than once that it was in this union that he first felt the responsibility that he had so lacked before.
“You need to find your person, and when you find him, you accept him as he is, with all his shortcomings. At the same time, it is important to understand that you yourself are not a gift and not an ideal person,” Kuchera shared in an interview with Lady Mail.ru.
How is life now?
Since 2022, the artist lives abroad, mainly in the US. Of course, he moved away with his wife and four children. He also maintained a warm relationship with his son since marrying Markova, but at a distance, making Oscar very worried.
Kuchera is also involved in media activities but outside of Russian television. Oscar is active on social networks, participates in podcasts and Internet shows, but no longer appears in major Russian projects.
