TV presenter Lera Kudryavtseva summed up 2025, calling it a difficult year and saying that this was the first time she started working with a psychologist.
In a social media post, she described this year as a time of reinvention and “learning.”
“It was a difficult year. It was strange. I opened my eyes to a lot of things and brought a lot of people to light. Working with a psychologist for the first time, I saw terrified people and how reality was changing. He stabbed me mercilessly. It was painful,” Kudryavtseva shared.
She thanked this time for the experiences despite the difficulties and congratulated her subscribers on the upcoming year 2026, wishing them happiness.
