According to sources, the star matchmaker is registered in a modest two-room apartment in Profsoyuznaya with an area of 50 square meters, located in a 9-story building. In addition, she owns a one-room apartment in South Chertanovo with an area of 37.6 square meters in a typical 17-story building.
The channel clarified that previously the presenter also owned housing in the Krylatsky district. We are talking about an apartment with an area of 36 square meters that Syabitova inherited from her first husband. Initially, she intended to leave it to her children but then sold it. Currently, similar one-room apartments in this area cost about 13-14 million rubles.
As for real estate in the Moscow region, in the village of Kalitino, the star matchmaker has a private mansion – a plot of land of 30 acres and a house of 164 square meters. It has a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms and an office. Also on site are a bathhouse, a large covered gazebo and a guest house.
