Famous singer and presenter Grigory Leps has significantly reduced the price of his luxury villa in the Moscow region, write Telegram Shot channel.
According to this channel, the modern-style mansion is located on a 46-acre plot of land, with a construction area of 1.7 thousand square meters.
Inside the house there is a swimming pool, spa, cinema, 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a wine cellar. There is no furniture, the new owner plans to bring it themselves.
Initially, the artist planned to get 1.1 billion rubles for this property, but later reduced it to 850 million rubles – potential buyers were scared off by the high price.
According to market participants, in recent years there have been negative trends in the suburban real estate market – wealthy people are selling and in some cases abandoning luxury homes.
