Businesswoman Polina Lurie is planning to throw away some of the furniture in Larisa Dolina's old apartment. The new owner's lawyer, Svetlana Sviridenko, spoke about the plans for the artist's former property, her words transmit Storms every day.
According to the lawyer, the male singer took all personal belongings in the house, leaving only furniture inside.
“Now Polina will solve the problems of repair and the designer will advise her on what to keep and what to throw away the furniture,” says Sviridenko.
The lawyer recalled that her ward has two children so she will take their needs into account when making repairs. The apartment may need to be redesigned. According to Sviridenko, home renovations can take from six months to a year.
At the same time, Dolina Lurie is satisfied with the situation of the apartment after the eviction.
“When Polina inspected the apartment, she assessed its condition as good. Everything was clean. There was no vandalism. So she was very grateful to the Valley for this,” Sviridenko concluded.
It was previously known that Lurie changed the locks in Dolina's old apartment.
