Russian rock legend Garik Sukachev considers singer Alla Pugacheva a Russian national treasure. About his attitude towards Prima Donna he speak in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.
Sukachev recalls the time he starred in the video for Pugacheva's song “Little by little.” He noted that they cannot be called friends – the singer has always treated him very well and he returned the same to her. According to the musician, despite all the scandalous situations involving Pugacheva, his attitude towards her remained the same.
“She is a wonderful actress, our national treasure. My attitude towards this wonderful woman has not changed,” Sukachev noted.
He added that any word about Pugacheva will not be enough, and what is happening to her today only makes him sad.
Speaking about other artists who have left the Russian Federation, Sukachev admitted that he felt “from contempt to pity” for them. He did not name specific names, only emphasizing that he had drawn “certain conclusions” regarding a number of people.
