Russian TV presenter and journalist Ksenia Sobchak has called out the head of the League for Safe Internet (SLI) Ekaterina Mizulina due to restrictions on Telegram's operations in Russia. In a news release published above “VKontakte”she called on the activist to involve her audience in the situation.

Sobchak noted that Mizulina was shocked by Telegram's situation.
“Connect, Ekaterina, your army of students,” the journalist told her.
She proposed to “overwhelm” the management agency with fan art about Telegram's love.
Mizulina after Telegram slows down statedoppose those measures.
“My views have not changed,” she wrote in response to a June 2025 post in which she criticized the idea of restricting platforms.
On February 10, confirmation of restrictions on Telegram's operations appeared. At the same time, it is known that refusing to delete prohibited information on Telegram can lead to a total fine of up to 64 million rubles.
