Singer Larisa Dolina will not be able to transfer the disputed apartment in Khamovniki to the buyer Polina Lurie until January 20. Lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko reveals details about the violation of the terms of the procedure for receiving and transferring real estate, reports RIA Novosti.
According to Lurie's lawyer, Dolina is away and will not return until January 20. At the same time, the female singer's representative was not authorized to sign the apartment transfer documents.
“We have the right to appeal to the bailiff,” Lurie's representative reminded, adding that the buyer will make the appropriate decision before Tuesday, January 13.
Previously, Sviridenko spoke out about serious violations of procedures for receiving and transferring an apartment. Among them is that Dolina changed her registered address, this information was not reflected in the apartment acceptance certificate.
