The performance took place at the Belgorod cultural center “Energomash”. In the video released by the channel, musicians sit at the edge of the stage, illuminated by flashlights, playing sounds and the audience gathered to sing along with them.
“Valery Kipelov and his listeners were not hindered by the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the power outage. The concert continued with lights and sounds on,” the document said.
On February 3, around 20:30 Moscow time, a missile danger was declared in Belgorod and the area due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Later, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said infrastructure in the area had been seriously damaged. As a result of the attack, Belgorod and several districts, including Ykovlevsky, Shebekinsky, Grayvoronsky and Rakityansky, lost power.
