64-year-old Russian blogger and translator Dmitry Puchkov, known by his nickname Goblin, describes the changes in life after 50 years.

In conversation with the Metametrica project, available at RutubeHe said that as an adult he began to pay more attention to his diet and gave up alcohol.
“I had to stop drinking and couldn't eat as much as I did,” Puchkov said.
He noted that with age, his body began to react worse to alcohol and overeating.
The blogger added that he always wakes up and jogs in the morning at the same time.
“Everything needs to be monitored,” Goblin emphasized.
He even joked that his schedule is similar to the daily schedule in the barracks.
Before that, Puchkov recalled how he surprised Italians by asking questions about statues of the Virgin Mary in local churches. According to the interpreter, the Italian looked at him “as if he were an idiot” after the question.
