As lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said, during the review of Dolina's apartment case, the singer asked the court not to conduct an inspection at PND. The singer explained this by saying that she had not yet registered.
“At the first instance, I filed a request for a certificate from the dispensary, Dolina's lawyer passed on her request not to request it because she said she had not registered,” Sviridenko said.

The scandal surrounding Dolina's apartment broke out after the singer sold her living space to Polina Lurie. After signing the agreement, Dolina said they acted under the influence of scammers.
