The Ministry of Justice has determined a minimum wage for professional, deposition and mediation work that will apply in 2026.
The Ministry of Justice has extended the fee schedule applicable to 2026 for experts, witnesses and mediators. The new tariffs will take effect from January 1, having been published in the Official Gazette.
PAYMENT GENERAL PARTIES
According to the 2026 Schedule of Minimum Mediation Fees, if an agreement is reached at the end of the mediation process, the mediation fee is determined at 9 thousand TL, regardless of the agreed fee.
If an agreement is reached in serial disputes, the fee per dispute is 7 thousand 500 TL in commercial disputes and 6 thousand TL in other disputes.
In the new tariff it is stipulated that in disputes related to the dissolution of partnerships and commercial disputes, if an agreement is reached at the end of the conciliation process, the conciliation fee cannot be less than 13 thousand TL.
Unless otherwise agreed, mediation fees are paid equally by the parties. During the process of conducting conciliation activities related to a specific dispute, if a new dispute arises, a separate fee will be charged for each dispute.
