The National Dairy Council (USK) determines the price of raw milk so that the producer receives 22.22 lira. The new prices will be effective from January 22.
The National Dairy Council evaluates raw milk prices. He determined the recommended price of raw milk so that the manufacturer received 22.22 lira. However, price changes will occur depending on the change in fat and protein ratio.
Accordingly, the recommended selling price of raw cow's milk with 3.6% fat and 3.2% protein content is determined to be 22.22 lira/liter for the manufacturer, excluding raw milk support. For every 0.1 change in fat to protein ratio, you'll pay a difference of 33 cents.
It was decided that if the milk producer covered the costs of cooling, transportation and other current costs, these costs would be paid to the producer.
The National Dairy Council will hold its next raw milk price recommendation meeting in April 2026.
