Larisa Dolina's side seriously violated the established procedure for receiving and transferring an apartment in the center of Moscow, which, according to the decision of the Supreme Court, Polina Lurie had to take over. This was reported by the lawyer of the new owner of the property, Svetlana Sviridenko. According to her, Larisa Dolina's registered address at her place of residence has been changed.
“Dolina's registered address at her place of residence has changed. This information should be reflected in the transfer and reception certificate, but this has not been done. And we do not know Dolina's new registered address,” the lawyer said. Information is reported.
Sviridenko also pointed out that the transfer and acceptance certificate must be signed directly at the apartment by the seller and the buyer or their legally authorized representatives. At the same time, as the lawyer emphasized, Dolina's representatives did not have sufficient authority to carry out such actions.
