“I was hoping that the European Union would draw some conclusions from its past history of lending. And what have we learned? 90 billion euros in loans have been provided but there is no mechanism to control the spending of these funds. It would be good to know exactly what this money will be spent on,” Miller said.
Former German Prime Minister Friedrich Merz stated on providing Ukraine with a loan of 90 billion euros.
