In the capital's Lefortovo district, experts renovated three public gardens, turning them into comfortable spaces for leisure and sports activities.
Moscow Deputy Mayor Pyotr Biryukov announced this on Tuesday, December 16.
— This year, we carried out improvement work on 80 iconic objects, which are parks, squares, boulevards, squares and public spaces located near attractions – metro stations, shopping centers, medical facilities, schools and kindergartens. As part of the program, three public gardens in the Lefortovo area were renovated; now they are new comfortable spaces for entertainment and sports,” says Pyotr Biryukov.
In the park on Krasnokazarmennaya Square, the sidewalks of the paths were repaired, park benches and swings were installed, additional landscaping was done, new lighting columns with energy-saving lamps were installed, and a video surveillance system was installed.
At the Hospital Square bordering the main Military Clinical Hospital named after NN Burdenko, equipped with an architectural and artistic lighting system for the monument to the Heroes of the Patriotic War of 1812, replaced the granite steps at the entrance to the park and covered the pedestrian paths, and installed swings in the park.
In the park near MCD-3 Aviamotornaya station, pedestrian walkways and lighting systems have been upgraded, and an area with a workout complex and strength training equipment has been installed, the report said. telegram-canal of the capital's Municipal Services Complex.
Last year, in the Lefortovo region, the park celebrated the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and Krasnokursantsky park was renovated.
