Head of Taganrog Svetlana Kambulova commented Rumors of poison money and candy scattered throughout the city.
According to her, the goal of those disseminating this information through text messages is to cause confusion among the people.
Kambulova denied this information, calling it “stuffing”.
“We worry about our families and friends. And our enemies take advantage of this,” she said.
